Cuphead is already one of the hardest games ever made, but this challenge takes the difficulty to an entirely different level. In this video, I attempt to achieve full 300% completion in Cuphead, including the DLC, while using a mod that makes Cuphead completely invisible. On top of that, every single fight must be completed with an S Rank, meaning I have to beat every boss on Expert difficulty without taking damage.

That means I need to complete:
• Every Boss Fight (Main Game & DLC)
• Every Run ‘N Gun Level
• Every King’s Leap Boss
• Every Mausoleum
• Get The Cursed/Divine Relic
• Get Every Coin
All while completely invisible.

This challenge removes one of the most important parts of Cuphead…Cuphead. Normally, Cuphead depends on precise movement, tight platforming, accurate dodging, and perfect positioning. But with the invisible Cuphead mod enabled, I can’t see where my character is standing during combat, platforming sections, or bullet-heavy attacks. The result is one of the hardest Cuphead challenge runs imaginable.

Challenge Rules:
– Cuphead must be completely invisible for the entire playthrough.
– The game must be completed to 300%.
– Every boss and level must be beaten without taking damage (If we get hit we need to retry the fight/level).
– Certain weapons & charms cannot be used because they make the challenge too easy.

Cuphead is built around visual precision. Most bosses require exact movement to avoid attacks, especially on Expert difficulty where attack speed and bullet density increase dramatically. Making the player invisible turns every fight into a memory and reaction test.

The Run ‘N Gun stages are another nightmare because platforming accurately without seeing your character leads to constant mistakes, missed jumps, and unavoidable damage. Even basic movement becomes difficult when every jump has to be guessed through memory and timing alone.

Getting S Ranks raises the difficulty even further. Since S Ranks require Expert Mode completion with no damage taken, every fight must be played nearly perfectly. One small mistake ends the attempt immediately. Does this mod make Cuphead completely impossible? Let’s find out!
